支援熱線服務受阻 (22/2/2023)

於二月二十二日下午二時至六時期間,因電訊服務供應商發生事故,導致部分客戶未能聯絡本公司支援熱線。本公司已去信責成有關供應商,避免再發生同類形事故。本公司亦對部分客戶造成不便致歉。

On the 22nd of February, between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm, some customers were unable to contact the company’s support hotline due to an accident with the telecommunications service provider. The company has written to the relevant suppliers to avoid similar accidents from happening again. The company also apologizes for the inconvenience caused to the affected customers.
