於八月十七日下午三時開始,因電訊服務供應商發生事故,導致部分客戶未能聯絡本公司支援熱線。本公司亦對部分客戶造成不便致歉。 On the 17th of August, from 3:00 pm, some customers could not contact the company’s support hotline due to an accident with the telecommunications service provider.
