Please note that the following change is applicable to customers using ClinicSolution 4, 5 and 6 only.
After reviewing the impact caused by the pandemic, we will further streamline our service portfolio, which means we will implement some crucial changes to your subscription to our ClinicSolution product.
Effective from 8 April 2022 (CS4/5) / 30 April 2022 (CS6), the subscription of our Legacy ClinicSolution product will no longer include free service support. Customers may consider the following options:
- Upgrade to our latest CSX product line on or before 31 May 2022 (CS4/5) / 30 June 2022 (CS6) to enjoy the support services1. We offer the Hosted CSX solution at an introductory price of $7,020/year/ subscription (Regular price: $10,200/year/subscription, 31% off) for the first year2. Alternatively, you may purchase the required hardware based on our specifications.
- Purchase an add-on service support1 option with the subscription at an extra cost of $850/month/subscription or $9,180/year/subscription.
- Keep your subscription on using Legacy ClinicSolution for $650/month/subscription or $7,800/year/subscription.
Our customer service representative will contact your clinic separately for the details, and an notification will sent to your clinic through mail.
- Our regular support services cover Monday to Saturday (Public Holiday not included), 09:00 – 18:00, and will be prioritised for Softlink related Software and Hardware, but we will also assist your operations with other IT issues whenever we can.
- For Hosted CSX, the regular price at $850/month/subscription. Introductory price of $7,020/year/subscription applicable for annual prepayment only and valid for the first year only. Limited offer only.
