Heals and Softlink welcome open collaboration with partners from pharmaceutical and allied industries to provide information to contribute to the improvement of the medical practice.

We are to delighted to announce growth in collaboration aimed at enhancing the medical information infrastructure in a robust and compliant way.

All clinic users of our latest CSX platform, through the introduction of information banners on the home page of ClinicSolutionTM, will receive non-targeted generic display of latest advances and products which will be useful to the profession.

We assure all our users that ClinicSolutionTM continues to safeguard the personal data privacy of all patients. We wish to dispel any doubts over our platform’s data security and compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and industry codes of practice/ professional conduct.

In offering more technological/ commercial enablers to all of our users over time, our key objective has always been to provide more convenience to our users. For example, in the case of digitising our procurement services, which is the same services we have been offering our users for 20+ years. Or in providing our users with access to more enablers, such as the choice to register with our partner, Lo Hu Hospital, to allow users to stay in touch with their patients residing in the Greater Bay Area. In so doing, we ensure that such enablers do not constitute any solicitation for purchases of any products, nor are they directed to any targeted segments or groups of our users.

There is no direct marketing on ClinicSolutionTM and such information banners are non-discriminatory in nature, i.e.,

  • not addressed to any specific persons by name; and
  • do not mention any sales or purchasing details.

Our customer support team, dedicated to fulfilling clinic users’ needs, will never make calls by phone or send information via other means of communications about specific goods, facilities or services to specific users without their consent using any form of direct marketing whatsoever. 

Equally importantly, as we are entrusted by our client users to lawfully use, process and transfer, for data backup and restoration purposes, our users’ data, we strive to continuously enhance our data protection measures to prevent any unauthorised access. We shall never share any personal data to any third parties without the relevant consents, unless demanded by law.

The following is a message from Ben Li, CEO of Heals: “The mission of Heals, through ClinicSolutionTM, has always been to evolve through bringing out the latest technology and propositions that we believe would help our users enhance their connectivity with patients, and with other partners in the health ecosystem. In achieving the above, we have not, and shall not, place the privacy and security of our users’ data into compromise.”

Changes to the Legacy ClinicSolution Product (CS4/CS5/CS6)

Please note that the following change is applicable to customers using ClinicSolution 4, 5 and 6 only.

After reviewing the impact caused by the pandemic, we will further streamline our service portfolio, which means we will implement some crucial changes to your subscription to our ClinicSolution product.

Effective from 8 April 2022 (CS4/5) / 30 April 2022 (CS6), the subscription of our Legacy ClinicSolution product will no longer include free service support. Customers may consider the following options:

  1. Upgrade to our latest CSX product line on or before 31 May 2022 (CS4/5) / 30 June 2022 (CS6) to enjoy the support services1.  We offer the Hosted CSX solution at an introductory price of $7,020/year/ subscription (Regular price: $10,200/year/subscription, 31% off) for the first year2. Alternatively, you may purchase the required hardware based on our specifications.   
  2. Purchase an add-on service support1 option with the subscription at an extra cost of $850/month/subscription or $9,180/year/subscription.
  3. Keep your subscription on using Legacy ClinicSolution for $650/month/subscription or $7,800/year/subscription. 

Our customer service representative will contact your clinic separately for the details, and an notification will sent to your clinic through mail.

Remarks:

  1. Our regular support services cover Monday to Saturday (Public Holiday not included), 09:00 – 18:00, and will be prioritised for Softlink related Software and Hardware, but we will also assist your operations with other IT issues whenever we can.
  2. For Hosted CSX, the regular price at $850/month/subscription.   Introductory price of $7,020/year/subscription applicable for annual prepayment only and valid for the first year only.  Limited offer only.
